Reaching the culture for Christ sounds evangelical, but does it really reflect what Christ calls us to do?
Love is not affirmation. Affirmation feels right, but in the end comes up short of love. True love is unconditional.
There is a distinction between sharing Christ over sharing Christianity. An effective gospel message needs to move beyond our story.
As believers, we are ambassadors for Christ. Now that we have been reconciled to God, we invite others to do the same.
Christians should not spread fear. Unfortunately, more and more believers today are letting headlines and fearmongers control their lives.
Having a zeal for the gospel is commendable, but we should also be respecting the beliefs of others we share Christ with.
The key to sharing the gospel is having Jesus in your heart. Perhaps it is just that simple, and serious.
In whatever way we interact with our world, when we do we are entering the mission field. Out there is where we see Jesus.
